WORK HISTORY

Sep 2018 — Present

Senior Project Analyst @Water Corporation

Leederville, AU

Using my skills in Stakeholder engagement and Project Management to ensure Safety and Wellbeing Project outcomes meet business expectation. Major Projects • Safety Assurance Dashboard Safety Taskforce is one of the Water Corporations most significant undertakings in safety; I was tasked to develop an Assurance dashboard to provide visibility of the behaviours and practices in the application of the new safe job planning processes. This dashboard has two key elements: • preparedness for work – does the work pack contain everything necessary for our crew to complete the work safely • safety controls – an observation conducted by Team Leaders or Managers The Safety Taskforce dashboard is unlike most other dashboards for several reasons: • It contains both quantitative and qualitative inputs o The quantitative inputs provide the Assurance that work is being performed as expected o The Qualitative inputs provide shared challenges and learnings • It is not designed to be a sea of Green o Green is perfect, as good as can be o Amber is everything not Green or Red o Red is very bad; risk of death or stopping a job for the shift Commentary is mandatory for Red and Amber ratings Comments are expected for Green to support the rating • The focus is not on exception reporting – Red and Amber ratings o Review of Green provides the opportunity to celebrate our successes • Confined Spaces solution I successfully developed a strategy to address deficiencies in the management of work performed and the identification of confined spaces. This entailed a collaborative approach engaging Asset Management, Information Technology, Safety and Wellbeing and Operations.
