ABOUT DAVID HAILEY
David is an experienced and dynamic Chartered Architect, with 20 years’ experience within the construction industry.He is a highly motivated and qualified Architect, currently working as a Design Manager.He has worked as a Design Manager for top-tier fit out contractors. Previously, David acted as the sole Architect within the building consultancy arm of BNP Paribas Real Estate. David has experience of all aspects throughout the project lifecycle, from inception and brief formulation through to completion. He also has experience of the Tendering process, as both a project designer and as a tendering contractor. He has a passion for the corporate occupier sector, demonstrated by an extensive portfolio of Shell and Core, Refurbishment, Cut and Carve, CAT A and CAT B fit out projects acting as either the Designer or as a Design Manager. David blends his unique expertise in design, space planning and design management with his project management experience, to take an innovative, meticulous and collaborative approach to every project. He endeavours to achieve excellence for each one of his clients.
