Improvement of performance Product line management at a corporate level (3 plants) Heavy equipment manufacturing for the Nuclear Industry Steel shop operations for a worldwide company, in France and in Brazil. I consider Leadership as a key driver of performance. I believe everyone can do his best being well managed and that’s what I like to do the most: listen, analyze, orient, help, give the direction and challenge people.Implementation of line product organization within the 3 manufacturing plants (1200 employees), definition of the initial strategy for the production of the components of next 6 EPR2 reactors. Alignment of the plants towards the standardization of the production of steam generator, reactor pressure vessel and primary pump. Transformation of Framatome Le Creusot site (350 employees) with deep culture change, re start of the plant for new production and improving the processes. Recovery of the customers and employees confidence. In Brazil, management of operations of a sensitive plant (steelshop), leadership and confidence restored to make the teams beat records, optimization of processes, crisis management and management of a team of 800 employees or contractors in a non-stop 24hrs/day and 365 days.
