About David Hager
In every leadership position I have a track record of process improvement, safety improvement and follow on leadership training improvement. Detail oriented in drafting ground operating procedures and a complete safety program (to comply with and exceed Cal-Osha) Drafted six sigma training and leadership training programs. My leadership experience has included manufacturing and operations. New assembly and depot level retrofit. Fixed wing, rotary wing to include UH-60, 64 and CH-47s. space launch vehicles. Atlas/centaur. Military and Commercial aircraft. In all of these venues covering commercial and military drafted the ground operating procedures to comply with relevant military and commercial instructions from comnavairfor 4790.2a series to cal-osha, epa, and local guidelines.Commercial aviation experience both part 135 and 145 leading avionics crews on line maintenance and heavy checks on wide body aircraft and significant modifications on many platforms from DC-9, 727,737,747-400, 767, DC-10 and MD-11 airplanes. as well as challenger-601 A/B checks and modifications. Currently as an aircraft maintenance manager-3 on the T-45 contract i assign/oversee maintenance and the releasing of aircraft safe for flight, have managed many aircraft detachments up to 40 aircraft.
