I\'m a product & design leader that employs an adaptive mindset and people centered, highly collaborative design practices to deliver measured outcomes and brand experiences for companies that recognize the value of an experience-centric business philosophy.I\'m a passionate, involved, inclusive and empathetic team builder. I work to empower and inspire my people to not only experiment and try new things, but to balance that with a solid knowledge of the business\'s strategy so that they produce work that has an obvious impact on the company and brings valuable and effortless experiences to the user, customer and employees. We use data analytics, qualitative research, real-code prototyping and iterative design to make sure we are delivering ideal solutions that aren\'t only elegant, they\'re effective and directly influence active use and product adoption. Whether it’s product development or brand building I gravitate to people who are always open to explore new approaches to old systems and concepts. I love to work with people who don’t use the word “no” lightly. I like to connect people in inspiring combinations and do things together that we can be proud off and that create differentiating and authentic experiences.Some areas and technologies I\'m excited about are education democratization, digital product pipelines (3D printing/CNC manufacturing, computer aided design enablement), digital presence and lifetimes, political transparency, play, high quality affordable housing, virtual and augmented reality experiences, digital native generational trends, entrepreneurial enablement and localized design & manufacturing innovation.
