I am a business law and trial attorney who represents both individuals, as well as small and medium-sized businesses in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, labor and employment, contract drafting and corporate governance issues. I also regularly represent clients who are involved in serious conflicts with government at all levels - local, state and federal. I also conduct mediations and arbitration proceedings in circuit civil cases, with an emphasis on complex commercial and technical disputes.
