Troubleshooting issues by analyzing both internal reports and feedback from my team, while promptly implementing solutions and remaining aware of external variables. This approach facilitates the implementation of temporary fixes, allows for escalation of the issue, and ensures my team is informed while maintaining performance expectations.I oversee two teams, each consisting of 3 to 10 account representatives, depending on departmental needs. In my role, I conduct both individual and team training sessions to equip my representatives with the necessary coaching and resources to maximize their potential on both collective and individual levels.I provide weekly reports to the operations manager to discuss updates on internal processes, position expectations, priorities, and key performance metrics. During these meetings, I present an overview of my teams, highlighting individuals who are meeting their metrics and how their strengths can be leveraged for other projects within the company, as well as identifying team members who require additional support and the corresponding steps taken to help them achieve their expected outcomes.I participate in additional training and professional development opportunities to enhance my understanding of the company\'s internal processes and to strengthen my leadership capabilities. These trainings include, but are not limited to, Project Management Certification, courses in Google Sheets and Excel, and HR seminars focused on effective remote management etiquette.
