David led the team that received The Deal’s “Consumer Deal of the Year” award in 2020 for representing Drunk Elephant in its US$845 million acquisition by Shiseido Americas Corporation.David has also represented a number of acquirors (including Houlihan Lokey) and sellers in the “human capital”/professional services area. His transactions include the sale of FocalPoint Securities, VWM Analytics, BearTooth Advisors, Bel Air Investment Advisors, Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, and the acquisition of Triago, Skeet Kaye Hopkins, WG & S, Flynn Family Offices, Milestone Advisors, Red Pine Advisors, Archpoint Corp, MESA, and Bridge Strategy Group.
