ABOUT DAVID GREEN

I am a chartered town planner and Development Consent Order specialist with around 20 years experience in both the public and the private sector. An extremely enthusiastic and adaptable town planner and have dealt with a range of major infrastructure and renewable energy DCOs as well as major residential, education and commercial planning applications. I have worked on a number of Development Consent Orders applications, including the dualling of the A1 in Northumberland; Drax BECCS; advising Eden District Council on the pre-application process for the A66 Northern Trans-Pennine scheme; acting as DCO Lead for WSP on the Rampion 2 Offshore Wind Farm project and Senior Consent Officer for National Grid on the SEA Link DCO project.
