Building and maintaining effective relationships with a caseload of over 200 clients, ensuring that all clients are given appropriate assistance in securing and sustaining employment. My role is heavily targeted with a number of KPI’s, which I have always achieved.In order to achieve this I had to perform a variety of duties including holding group sessions, one-to-one appointments, conduct job searches via the internet and contacting employers directly, prepare CV’s and CL’s ready for applications etc, constantly matching my clients to vacancies both internally and externally, and preparing them for interviews. Diary and caseload management are very important in ensuring that all KPI’s and targets are met and that every client receives and has access to the most suitable interventions for their needs.
