THN was consistently one of the highest performing ACOs in the retired NextGen Model in both financial performance and quality excellence. • Previously served as the founding CMO for HealthTeam Advantage (“HTA”), a provider owned Medicare Advantage plan serving approximately beneficiaries in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina. • Was part of the leadership team that delivered HTA’s 5-star performance for 2022. • Developed a Chronic Condition Special Needs (“C-SNP”) Medicare Advantage plan (HTA HMO) for beneficiaries with heart failure and/ or diabetes (The regions first C-SNP)
