Mr. Governo\'s toxic tort, environmental and asbestos group, formerly with Governo Law Firm LLC, is now with Smith Duggan. We continue our reputation for advocating with a bold and creative spirit. We provide risk management counseling based on a multi-dimensional approach rooted in sophisticated legal analysis and practical problem-solving. Our core specialty is representing companies in complex litigation, including toxic torts, asbestos, construction, products liability, general litigation, environmental, and insurance coverage. He served as the defense chair for the first national conference sponsored by Mealey’s (Lead Poisoning 1992) and since then has chaired eight national litigation conferences. His community service activities include service as the Chairman of the Board of Healthy Housing Solutions, a subsidiary of the National Center for Healthy Housing, and as a Trustee for the Windsor Club, a neighborhood Club in Waban, MA.
