During my tenure at CSV I have handled transitions of management, payroll, inventory, and benefit companies. Maintained profitablity of my property since opening, with steadily increasing sales YOY and tremendously positive GSS. No accurate revenue tracking system was set up, so part of my position has been correcting and redefining revenues and expenses on the P&L to accurately track costs. I am a training manager for CSV and assisted with opening the Fairway Trilith Location. This consisted of cultivating and training the GM, then assiting with training and opening of the 3rd CSV property once complete. I am stationed at Fairway Social Alpharetta and have been creating a development program for future management at CSV using our talent from within. Our first bird has flown from the nest to Pickle Gwinnett, cant wait to see what\'s to come!
