ABOUT DAVID GOMEZ
I joined the City of Miami Beach in 2015, shifting my focus from designer and builder to Owner\'s representative. As one of the Department\'s senior capital project coordinators, I am responsible for supervising the design and construction of a wide range of projects. I collaborate with user departments, consultants, contractors and other government entities on code issues, design objectives and specialized building systems. Under the leadership of the Department\'s director, I am also responsible for preparing Commission memos, project reporting and interaction with the City\'s residents regarding Capital projects, giving me the opportunity to serve the community and contribute to the improvement of the urban environment.
