TCT has developed a unique and innovative line of lightweight composite leaf springs to replace the designed-flawed heavy steel springs currently available. With more stringent environmental regulations pertaining to miles per gallon, Thunder Composite Technologies has developed a spring and automated manufacturing process that will save weight off an average sized pickup truck. This equates to an average of 2~3 mpg of fuel savings, which is an outstanding savings of fuel per year without compromising performance or safety.
