A proven track record of exemplary management in franchising, property acquisitions & development and the launch, operation and development of new brands and concepts to the UK market. With a legal background and specialism in franchising, I have a vast experience in franchise management and development. I have been responsible for creating, developing and delivering companies’ business plans and strategy with oversight of in-house legal department, marketing, franchise recruitment and IT functions coupled with developing and implementing the optimum support structures to enable individual franchisees to maximise their personal growth and development. I also possess an excellent understanding and knowledge of multi site operations and have worked extensively within the healthcare, hospitality, retail and food based sector for franchisors and franchisees.
