ABOUT DAVID GIRTY

David Girty has over 25 years’ experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry throughout the greater Southern California/Orange County market area. Mr. Girty has extensive experience in the representation of many international & national institutional companies and organizations, corporate and private clients and individual real estate investors\' in the successful representation & re-positioning, marketing/leasing and sales of their commercial properties & investment portfolios and facilities. Mr. Girty will join Senior Partner Mr. Gary Abraham, Principal in the development leadership and expansion of ASPECT Real Estate Partners\' commercial brokerage, consulting and development group. His wealth of experience and personal relationships within all facets of the commercial real estate industry throughout the Southern California market place will enhance ASPECT\'S existing \"full-service\" platform. Mr. Girty has completed over 300 lease and/or sale transactions totaling well in excess of 6 million square feet and over $1B, in just the last 15 years. He has earned the prestigious CoStar Groups “Power Broker” award in 2002, 2003, 2004 & 2005. Mr. Girty is also an active member and CO-Chairman of the South Coast Metro Alliance – Commercial Leasing Group and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), in addition to volunteering locally for several national charities, including Best Day Foundation & Alzheimer\'s Orange County.
