About David Ginn

Hi I am David Ginn, After 30 years in the printing industry which included owning my own company for 20 years. I decided to embark on a new adventure in a new industry. Real Estate Investing! After \"flipping\" two properties I quickly learned that one needs at least three things to be successful. 1) A Mentor that will teach, train and educate you. 2) While feeding you will a study stream of investment properties. 3) Plus a team of people including lenders, accountants, attorneys and contractors to work with you. I found my solutions working with The Estates Real Estate Group and Craig Brooksby. I have been able to successfully do over 10 properties in the last 2 1/2 years and more importantly got a college level education in Real Estate.FOR FREE. I believe in what this company can do for an investor who wants to work and apply, so I decided to join the company and try and give back some of what I have learned. So after 25 years in North Carolina, Cheryl and I moved our empty next to Houston Texas and I am now the coordinator for The Estates in the great state of Texas.
