ABOUT DAVID GINDIS
I\'m an Associate Professor at Warwick Law School, where I teach company law, corporate governance, and law and economics. My interdisciplinary research into firms and their institutional environment lies at the intersections of company law, corporate governance, law and economics, and institutional theory. I\'m also working on the history of the law and economics movement, with a specific focus on Henry Manne. I am a co-founder and the current Secretary of the World Interdisciplinary Network for Institutional Research (WINIR), which organises conferences and other kinds of events to bring together scholars of institutions and institutional thought from across the social sciences and the humanities. I am also an Academic Affiliate of the International Center for Law & Economics and an Affiliate Researcher of the Workshop on Governing Knowledge Commons.
