Manage the daily operations of all installations, staff & subcontractors while they are engaged in the construction, installation, and in-service testing of all project-related tasks. Responsible for the project staff and subcontractors through infrastructure design, procurement, build, and testing of all the affected communication networks associated with the project being managed. Position considered to be a leadership role and is responsible for the training, growth, and development of the employees and will be required to conduct on site visits to aid in project progression. Position requires traveling to remote work sites, also responsible for being the main POC for the customer and ensuring that project goals and timelines are tracked and completed with industry best standards being used.This position is responsible for the safety, quality, financial, production, schedule, vendor management/invoice approval, crew management/timesheet approval, site expectation setting, close out aggregation/dissemination per market project timeline requirements, inventory, and customer satisfaction performance of their assigned projects. The PM/ CM Hybrid serves as site specific construction expert to achieve the objectives established by program management plans, the program contract, the client, and regulatory agencies. The PM/ CM Hybrid has responsibility for all phases of construction (design, pre-construction, post-construction and final closeout). They will also have direct responsibility and accountability for the success of their projects regarding both customer satisfaction and financial results.

Summary More than a decade of experience engineering and managing corporate and commercial Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs), both remotely and onsite, providing dedicated and dynamic multi-tiered support amidst demanding, irregular schedules.
