I plan, manage and co-ordinate health & safety during the pre-construction phase, producing Pre-Construction Information detailing hazards and risks to be addressed during construction. I review Construction Phase Plans, risk assessments and method statements, produce Design Risk Assessments and review information and operations during construction on site. I undertake CDM health & safety site audits and compile reports for the client. Works have include substantial ACM Replacement Works to student accommodation and Passive Fire Protection and door works.\\\\n\\\\nI am a qualified Fire Risk Assessor and have completed assessments on general needs, supported and sheltered accommodation for housing associations.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
