PM of a program ($71M), that included Retrofitting Aircraft. Traveled OCONUS to support Install teams to ensure the Program\'s success. Worked closely with our contracts department to draft letters to the US Government in order to facilitate contracts. I am continually engaged with our Engineering and Manufacturing Teams in efforts to minimize bottlenecks and roadblocks. Managed over 35 Earned Value control accounts totaling $150M. Working in the PMO has given me the luxury to work with various areas of the company in order to execute contracts that are beneficial for both the company and our Customer. I had also worked closely with our Earned Value department in efforts to develop processes that would have positive attributes to the organization.
