Advising in relation to a broad range of commercial contracts and terms of business with vendors/suppliers and brands, including:\\\\n\\\\n- concession agreements with major luxury brands to operate concessions both within Harrods’ stores and online through Harrods.com;\\\\n- trading terms and general terms and conditions of business;\\\\n- selective distribution agreements (SDAs) and authorised retailer/distribution agreements (ARA/ADAs) with major luxury brands;\\\\n- shopfit contracts, pop-up shop agreements and store takeover/promotional initiatives with major luxury brands.\\\\n\\\\nAdvising in relation to restaurants, bars and partnerships within the Harrods Group, including:\\\\n\\\\n- lead legal counsel in relation to the Prada Caffe pop-up, including licensing of IP, trading arrangements, shopfit and licensing & planning;\\\\n- trading and franchise agreements for restaurants and cafes (including the licensing of IP from major brands and high profile chefs, and the international roll-out of Harrods branded tea rooms);\\\\n- concession agreements for the operation of restaurants within the Harrods store.\\\\n\\\\nAdvising in relation to a broad range of partnerships and promotions, including:\\\\n\\\\n- corporate partnerships and promotions with a variety of major global brands (including master partnership agreements and individual promotional campaigns);\\\\n- media/promotional contracts and general T & Cs for standalone promotional campaigns, collaborations and partnerships, including the purchase of advertising space and digital screens through Harrods channels;\\\\n- influencer/social media contracts\\\\n\\\\nAdvising in relation to a broad range of other matters across the business, including:\\\\n\\\\n- Procurement & IT Contracts\\\\n- International, Wholesale & Airports\\\\n- Data Protection (GDPR) & Information Security\\\\n- Harrods Interior Design\\\\n- Licensing & Planning\\\\n- Regulatory\\\\n- Intellectual Property\\\\n- Payments/POS\\\\n- Events\\\\n- Customer Services\\\\n- Safe Deposits\\\\n- M&A activity\\\\n- Corporate Governance\\\\n- Internal training and policies\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
