About David Gay

I am the managing partner of our Milwaukee office, leading a team of 250 local professionals. In collaboration with our local leadership team, I set the direction and tone for the office, including coaching and developing our people, growing our practice by working with teams to identify the best solutions for our current and prospective clients and being engaged in leadership roles within the community. Areas of specialization include auditing, SEC filings, financial reporting, audit committees, public- and privately-held organizations, consumer and industrial products, leadership and development.I work with senior management, audit committees and boards to address complex business issues. I integrate EY’s Assurance, Consulting, Strategies and Transactions and Tax perspectives into our client relationships to ensure we’re bringing a broad view of our global firm to each our clients. Passionate about making a difference in the community, I serve on the boards of United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee and the Greater Milwaukee Foundation. In addition, I am a board member of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) and a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee (GMC). I also serve on the Board for the University of Wisconsin\'s Center for Advanced Strategies in Business.
