Protective Industrial Products (PIP), a global organization headquartered in Latham, NY is a leading provider of Personal Protective Equipment to the Industrial, Retail, Construction, Emergency Responder and Electrical distribution channels.Strategic Account Specialist• Responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining profitability for key customers. • Responsible for the customer planning, cold calling, and creating outbound sales calls. • Responsible for the execution of the strategic direction set by the organization sales leadership.• Responsible for the territory management of a group of customers. • Responsible for the planning and execution of all sales metrics and the attainment of sales budget and KPIs, and expectations set by the organization’s sales leadership.• Responsible for assisting customers telephonically or non-telephonically with service and support issues.• Developed customer plans, create strategies, and make frequent sales calls on customers• Conduct outbound sales calls selling PIPs value and full line of PPE products and recommend product solutions• Achieved all sales targets and KPIs• Understand market conditions, assigned customer segments, competition, environmental and customer needs• Working cross functionally with internal business partners, ex. joint sales calls.• Foster relationships with Key Sales and Management Personnel.• Strategic account development, establishing and building up C-level contacts, identifying and developing opportunities at assigned large accounts• Part of Company Safety Committee
