Team was expanded globally eliminating thousands of hours of annual manual effort- Manage Visa sponsorships and Green Card approvals for employees across the site, with a significant percentage of employees in scope- Implemented hiring freeze following HB2 protest and Cary workforce rebalance program as well as RTB staff reductions- Ensure smooth integration of staff into the bank and alignment across 50+ CIO groups- Established collective objectives to drive the Cary value proposition across the global bank- Introduced 6 employee relationship groups, including women on Wall Street, veterans, and LGBTQ.
