Following the transition process completion from MSP Daisy Group to Tialis Essential IT PLC, I have moved on and joined Atos a global brand for MSP in the Information Technology industry and ICT infrastructures of its broad range of clients including the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to name few. As PMO Coordinator I will be supporting projects and programme deliveries, development and providing portfolio, projects, and programme administrative support. This will be an exciting environment with a range of business and tech-related projects.Implementing guidelines, procedures, and templates to collect and maintain consistent data and providing hands-on delivery support to projects or programmes.Establishing and maintaining information management systems in SharePoint, ITSM, and CMDB providing basic training in configuration and managing data and ticketing systems i.e. ServiceNow etc. Establishing risks, issues, and changes control processes and templates, and assisting the project programme team, Technical Service Delivery team and Stakeholders in their data delivery.Owning the coordination of the Project Manager\'s operational activities and productivity, maintain the Project Manager\'s SharePoint site with the PM Playbook and Information Governance standards including currency reviews.Support the quality assurance roles within the Project Managers by liaising with internal subject matter experts to arrange health checks, internal audits, external audits, and stage-gated reviews in an exciting environment with a range of business and tech-related projects.
