I am excited to announce that I have started a new role as Head of Impact for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) National Account at Mitie. In this position, I will be leading the IMPACT agenda, focusing on areas such as Intelligence, Management, Partnership, Assurance, Communication, and Transformation. My responsibilities include driving data-led decision-making, fostering collaborative partnerships, ensuring robust assurance processes, and championing continuous innovation to enhance service delivery for the DWP and Mitie.I look forward to connecting with colleagues and partners as we work together to deliver on our commitments and achieve positive outcomes for the DWP.
