This includes establishing a Rolls-Royce operated ‘Captive’ model switching from the previous outsourced sourcing model for Procurement and Finance in Global Business Services in Rolls-Royce. Currently focused on the long term strategy for Captive offshore and location strategy for Rolls-Royce globally. This includes the development and growth of existing Centres and the development of new locations to enable the growth of GBS and the introduction of new services and new customers with significant developments expected through 20••••27.Successfully delivered the expansion of GBS India Captive Offshore capability in Bangalore the first step in enabling a critical mass of GBS capability in a talent rich and cost competitive environment. Initial projects have delivered savings of around £3.1m pa covering over 60 roles being delivered under budget.
