I have practiced labor and employment law on behalf of employers for the last 17 years, dealing with numerous types of legal issues pertaining to employees and the workplace. I routinely counsel Fortune 500 companies, and many others, regarding employee issues, and I have litigated on behalf of employers - from agency charge to jury trial. Subject areas include discrimination claims, ADA and FMLA issues, drafting and litigating non-compete issues and employment agreements, and wage and hour issues.
