Successes include: • Securing whole system buy-in to radically overhaul a £23bn commissioning budget through a co-ordinated approach to the creation of various forms of Integrated Care Partnerships (ICPs) in 8 different CCGs. • Building key strategic relationships between organisations & wider senior partners, successfully bringing together a combined £140m QIPP programme into a single management structure. • Devised and led the implementation of a new GP-led / managerially supported commissioning operating model • Leading a theatre turnaround programme, securing £1m business growth through my approach to better scheduling & theatre planning, a low acuity shift drive, and addressing surgeon productivity • Leading the turnaround of a national communications service transforming internal operations, client satisfaction and turning a forecast c £1m loss in year one, to a £¼ m surplus; establishing pipeline growth of £300k by Q2 and then doubling the size of the business through acquisition. • Delivering a £1bn balanced budget as part of the Executive Team in a specialised commissioning group by overhauling governance structures, operations, planning and business intelligence.
