I\'m part of a Talent Acquisition team searching for great candidates. Before Pontoon Solutions, I worked in retail management for 5 years where I hired and trained the teams I worked with. I moved up to Ohio and started at Starbucks where I worked my way up to management leading a great team of baristas.Starting at Pontoon as an entry level Screener I was able to use my customer service and attention to detail to make sure candidates matched the job they were applying for. I also used my time as a Screener to learn about other parts of the industry and became interested in sourcing. As a Sourcer I am able to look at all sorts of different backgrounds, knowledge levels and experience and match people to a great opportunity!
