I possess over 20 years of progressive leadership experience, ranging from team building, human resource planning, recruitment/selection, training, mentoring, counseling, performance and risk management assessment and mitigation. I have extensive experience with federal, state, and organizational compliance and regulatory operations for an organization of employees. I ensure that both executives and employees understand the operational environment, risks and adhere to all regulatory guidance in execution of their duties.
