ABOUT DAVID FISHER
I was employed by the Village of North Aurora police department for over 30 years. I have a master\'s degree from National-Louis University in management and I am a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command. My past responsibilities included the safety of the North Aurora community, managing a staff of thirty-five employees, daily operations of the police department, a vision for the future of the department, community involvement and managing a $6.4 million budget. I retired as chief of police in June, 2022.
