Prior to Cushman & Wakefield (formerly dba DTZ/Cassidy Turley/Colliers Pinkard), David was with Highwoods Properties, a real estate investment trust (REIT), where he held positions as Director of Investments and Weston Marketing and Project Manager. His responsibilities included asset acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, marketing, land planning, financial oversight of profit centers, zoning and land use approvals, and property association management.
