Luminia, formerly SD Renewables (SDR) is a solar finance and development platform focused on serving the 80% of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) property owners that are currently locked out of the market for solar since they are neither rated nor municipal credits, and thus cannot obtain financing associated with performance-based commercial solar Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Luminia solves this problem through an innovative financing solution delivered to the market via a proven sales and financing platform that brings scale and standardization - similar to what catalyzed the growth of the residential solar market. We partner with select solar sales organizations and commercial solar developers that seek financing solutions, and/or turnkey development support.
