Developing a new Case Management tool, using Sales-Force (3rd party) software, to replace an existing legacy platform. The project uses Agile methodology, and delivered the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within 9 weeks. Responsible for the creation of the Backlog, from EPICS to User Stories, refinement and prioritisation of requirements, sprint planning. Have deputised for the Scrum Master, when required, and regularly deliver end user training as the system rollout progresses
