I believe in taking the best of all ideas and blending them into something unexpected and never considered before.Think outside of the box? Picture me taking the box apart.I am a very proud nerd/geek (pick your favorite term) and am \"that guy\" in the office who people call upon to troubleshoot their issues or to toss them an idea they haven\'t thought about before. If you haven\'t attended a webinar led by me then you are probably dreading the thought of attending your next one. Comments from my attendees like \"Why can\'t Dave conduct ALL of our training?\" or \"Most interactive webinar I\'ve ever attended.\" bring a virtual tear to my eye.Audiences today want learning that is authentic, personalized and isn\'t another page turner.\"Clicking Next\" is not interactivity. What happened to storytelling, music, sound effects, realistic dialogue, or quiz questions that made you think? What\'s the last training you took where the content or the instructor had a sense of humor? I think those things are sorely absent from 90% of today\'s learning deliverables. Wouldn\'t it be refreshing to take an e-learning module that not only got the point across, but made you smile, even laugh?
