Curious expert in science and research. Open to new ideas. Creator and Innovator. Analytical, social skills, environmentally caring. If you need innovation, thinking out of the box and a new inside. I have analytical skills of a scientist. Looking with magnifying glasses into the deep or getting an overview. I am familiar in all fields. As a kid I was always asking questions to the level of annoyance. During my life I was continuously interested in everything from social interactions, psychology, chemistry, biology, physics. I simply wanted to understand why it works. A PhD made me look deeper into a very niche topic. I could discover a new process that hasn\'t been found before. Collaboration and effective communication made the discovery describable mathematically. This newly discovered process was a starting point of new research. Experimental and theoretical connection. Methodological experience in AFM, Light microscopy, SEM, UV vis spectroscopy, contact angle measurements, surfactant research, smart polymer materials, active matter, matlab data analysis, matlab image analysis. That\'s discovery, that\'s understanding, that\'s analysis. Besides being analytic, goal oriented, and curious I love theater, music and culture. Acting and improv theater changed my life. It made me love the stage, it made me loose, it made me creative, it improved my communication skills. Founding an own improv theater group with performing in front of an audience helped me improving my PhD and thinking out of the box. Ethics and sustainability are in my core values. Being vegan for 13+ years before any vegan hype, being a founding part of a community supported agriculture giving information talks to interested people to create an alternative sustainable agriculture.
