About David Felder

Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile. In my career, I was very fortunate to have worked for a great company, with great people, and doing a job that I loved. They even paid me for it. But that is just what I did, and didn\'t really define who I am. Many years ago, I was inspired by a co-worker to put into writing the life tenets that provide the gauge for how I want to go through my life. Some days I do better than others but it always provides me with a compass. These twelve things I learned from my parents, friends, co-workers, pastors, teachers and even complete strangers- Everyone should automatically have your respect—it’s up to them to keep it- The true measure of one’s character is the quality of their mercy- If you don’t do something because you’re too busy, what you’re saying is that it’s not important enough- Tell people the things you want to say in their “living years”…don’t wait until their wake- Everything you have now you once did without and you were fine- Don’t judge people in life by what they can’t do…judge them by what they can do - Everything in life can be taken away from you except for the way that you react to life…i.e, your attitude- Make the number of times you\'ve fallen down always equal to the number of times you\'ve gotten back up- Drive through life looking through the windshield, not the rear view mirror- Pray for those who have no one to pray for them- Tell the truth, it\'s the only story you have to remember- If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at changeI hope the journey in your life and career is filled with great joy and meaning.and, that you find the thing that you were meant to do.
