I am a Partner in the Real Estate Dispute Resolution team at Eversheds Sutherland, a global law firm. I specialise in the resolution of business real estate problems and real estate risk analysis. I lead teams providing legal services to leading UK property investors, developers, energy and utilities operators and corporate occupiers. Clients include LandSec plc & Hammerson plc, Taylor Wimpey plc & Safestore plc. I advise clients in the Unconventional Oil & Gas sector in the UK, including Shale Gas operators.I also provide bespoke training to in house client teams and speak at sector based conferences on the legal landscape and best practice, and have worked extensively with REVO (formerly named the British Council of Shopping Centres (BCSC)) at their conferences in recent years, providing training on property sustainability issues, tenant insolvency, service charge and the resolution of retail property disputes.I am also have UK liaison experience for our Litigation & Dispute Management services in Vienna, Brussels, Rotterdam & Amsterdam.
