Currently serve as the Deputy Branch Chief for AFLCMC/HNJT, the Advanced Technology branch within the Special Programs Division, AFLCMC/ HNJ. Formerly served in HNJT as Section Lead for Special Access Programs (SAP) IT Networks & Services prior to receiving a lateral promotion to my current role. Served as the Program Manager for the Qatar Air & Missile Defense Operations Center (ADOC) program and Morocco Air Command & Control Modernization program. Served as the Installation and Check-out (I & CO) Program Manager for the Japan Airborne Warning and Control Systems (AWACS) Mission Computing Upgrade. Served as the Deputy Program Manager for Site Activation Task Force (SATAF) of the US Air Force’s high-visibility,$2.1B Space Fence program. Responsible for developing and coordinating support agreements and Memorandums of Agreement with external agencies to support Space Fence Coordinates with and directs the US Army Corps of Engineers in overseeing pre-construction and construction activities of the Space Fence radar system, in conjunction with a multitude of other agencies and the Republic of the Marshall Islands Ensures SATAF’s contract specified deliverables are received from the prime contractor on time and meet the standard outlined in the contract Assesses progress of Space Fence’s cost estimates, schedule, and performance supportable baseline requirements Served as the Lead Technical Manager on Space Fence’s Risk Reduction Study and as the Government Site Lead for the prime contractor site survey in July 2014 Developed and briefs high-visibility bullet background papers, point papers and briefings to provide senior leaders visibility of issues pertaining to Space Fence
