Managing the Change and NPD agenda for 2 PepsiCo sites (Coventry and Lincoln) Brands Quavers, Doritos, Wotsits, Sunbites, French Fries & Squares managed at the site level. Working with cross functional teams to ensure correct scoping and on time delivery of projects as well as clearly calling out risks and challenges to delivery and timelines where necessary. Site Management of Change program set and developed across both sites to ensure a robust process is in place to facilitate safe delivery of new ways of working, equipment chemicals etc.
