Graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from Florida State University with a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management.Interned as a Food and Beverage Vendor & Stocker at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Theme Park (approximately visitors per day, and ~$8 million in revenue per day) Held various management positions at Walt Disney World’s Swan & Dolphin Resort (2,300 rooms, with $100+ Million per year in F&B revenue and 17 different F&B outlets). Held a Food & Beverage operations management position at the National Hotel. Coordinated successful events (Art Basel, Miami Swim Week, Miami Music Week, Boat Show Week, Weddings, Private Events, etc.) Oversaw the Banquet division, the Dine In department, F&B outlets, and the Pool & Beach operation.Accepted a management role at the iconic Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach in 2018.
