   As an Architect, I managed all phases and all aspects of a project. My position within the QAQC division at JE Dunn Construction allows me to focus on the aspects of the industry that I enjoy and find most rewarding. The key role responsibilities for my position include the following: • Conduct detailed constructability reviews • Review building code including ADA to verify project compliance • Research advancement of building products and materials • Assist in planning, implementing and supervising the project quality program • Provide coordination and oversight to the quality control plan • Attend, and facilitate at times, pre-planning, pre-installation and progress meetings • Conduct regular walk-thru observations of construction sites to ensure compliance with the contract documents, manufacturers’ instructions and industry standards • Investigate non-compliant conditions, help determine root cause, and provide recommendations in process to eliminate reoccurrence • Perform quality assurance testing including water, moisture content and material compatibility My background as a registered Architect greatly assists in collaboration efforts with all members involved in the building process including Owners, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Sub-contractors, Code Officials, and material/product representatives.
