Management (project) and operational delivery of youth and community activities to create tailored services to young people. Infrastructure, thematic and strategic development of youth programmes for Greater Manchester. Currently delivering a Trafford Youth Trust funded, Achievement Coaches programme. Achievement coaching is a mentoring and support programme, developed to help young people achieve their full potential. We aim to improve behaviour/attitudes, encourage ambitions, increase self awareness, resilience, and help young people to be more prepared for life.
