I also manage energy audits, building automation systems, and technical analyses to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.In addition to overseeing day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping, I supervise vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations. I lead the development of the department’s Annual Operating Plan and represent ChildServe in industry associations and community groups, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and innovation in healthcare facility operations.
