David Emmanuelle Castillo has an MBA in Educational Leadership from Milwaukee School of Engineering,m and an MA in Special Education from Cardinal Stritch University. He is also an Anti-Racist & Racial Equity Consultant at Equitable Systems Consultants, where he applies his strategic planning, data analysis, and critically reflective skills to design and facilitate culturally responsive and equity-based curricula and professional development for educators and leaders. He has coached and supported five New York City public schools on the Historically Responsive Literacy framework developed by Dr. Gholdy Muhammad, and partnered with various organizations to develop and execute six equity-based project proposals and three five-year strategic plans informed by youth voice.
