My background includes sales & marketing management at Fortune 100 companies in rail transportation & factory automation. I then joined the family printing business and expanded our product scope to include direct mail and envelope manufacturing. The businesses were sold in 2004 to one of our largest clients and I continued to work with the new owners. Was recruited by a small paper mill from Quebec Canada and I applied my entrepreneurial skills and knowledge of the printing industry to grow the US business by 120%.Our mill was purchased by a private equity firm in 2014 and I continued to grow the region\'s sales by another 85%.
