Primary responsibilities and duties include:• To provide a standard methodology approach which is used across all Regions using tool and templates developed and updated by the PMO Office.• Develop and manage Project Managers and junior PMO members in project processes and technical delivery deployment management • Oversee Multiple projects and attend project progress calls with customers and clients along with Project Managers to ensure client requirements are met across the portfolio of Nahjtech award projects. • Run Internal PMO meetings with Project Managers on a regular basis to ensure projects are on schedule and be the point of escalation for any internal project issues such as Tools, test equipment and resource • The Program / Project Manager is accountable for the delivery of allocated projects, to the client’s specification, ensuring that project objectives, agreed timescales are delivered • Provide project status and milestone completions via the Project tracking reports in the PMO Project progress SharePoint page from Project Kick off to Project handover documentation on completion.• KPI reports on Project Delivery internally and to Nahjtech Clients.• Work with the client and key stakeholders to establish effective collaborative relationships, supporting effective delivery, performance measurement and management of change.• Comply to the requirements of Nahjtech HSQE policies ensuring safe delivery for all staff members.• Conduct lessons learnt and disseminate to the wider PMO audience to ensure feedback to bids ensuring lessons learnt are incorporated into new works
